Your account

• Keep your password private. One account is for one person; do not share it.
• Give accurate details when you register.

VIP membership

• VIP gives access to the VIP sections for 12 months from payment (or for the free period included with your class). Renewing adds 12 months to your current end date.
• Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars on the prices page. Payments are one-off; there is no automatic renewal.
• Because VIP opens immediately, payments are not refundable once VIP is active, except where the law requires.

Our content

• The booklets, model answers, vocabulary and other materials are for your own study only. Do not copy, download, share, sell or publish them.
• We may close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
